Short answer
The “Information not found” message appears during account registration when the details entered don’t match our records.
When this happens
This error can only appear while you’re creating ServiceMac account.
It does not appear during login or password reset.
If you already created an account, return to the login page instead.
What this error means
“Information not found” usually means there is a mismatch between what you entered and what we have on file.
This can happen if:
A number was entered incorrectly
The information doesn’t exactly match our records
A required field was left blank or mistyped
Your loan status, payment amount, and due date are not affected by this message.
What to check
Before trying again, carefully review:
Loan number (enter all digits, no spaces)
Last 4 digits of your SSN
ZIP code for the property address
Make sure all fields are entered exactly as requested.
What you should do next
Re-enter all required fields carefully
Confirm you’re using the property ZIP code, not a mailing ZIP
Submit the form again
