Short answer
If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password link on the website login page.
When to use this
Use Forgot Password if:
You can’t remember your password
Your password is not being accepted
You’ve already created a website account
If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need to create an account instead.
How to reset your password
Go to the the website login page
Select Forgot Password
Enter the email address you used to register
Check your email for the reset link
Follow the steps to create a new password
Once complete, you can log in with your new password.
Didn’t receive the email?
If you don’t see the reset email:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and try again
Only the email used during registration will receive the reset message.
What to do if it still doesn’t arrive
If you don’t receive a reset email after trying again, you may need help from support.
