Short answer:
If you’re not receiving your verification code, it’s usually due to an incorrect contact detail or a device connectivity issue.
What’s happening
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.
When you log in or set up MFA, we send a one-time code by:
- Text message (SMS), or
- If you don’t receive the code, your device or contact information may need to be checked.
What to expect / What to do
If you chose text message (SMS)
Make sure:
- Your phone number was entered correctly
- Your phone is powered on
- Airplane mode is turned off
- You have signal and can receive text messages
- Your mobile service is active
- Then select Resend Code and wait a few minutes.
If you chose email
Make sure:
- Your email address is spelled correctly
- You’ve checked spam and junk folders
- Your inbox is not full
- Then select Resend Code and allow a few minutes for delivery.
Contact us if…
- You’ve confirmed your phone number or email is correct
- You’ve tried resending the code
- You still aren’t receiving the verification message
